Step-by-Step Guide to the Snapshots Quest
Snapshots Quest Overview:
Snapshots is a World Quest in Genshin Impact to obtain the Kamera gadget. This quest automatically unlocks after reaching Adventure Rank 25 and upon arriving at Liyue Harbor’s Feiyun Slope. Look for Xu in Feiyun Slope to start the quest; he is located in front of the Feiyun Commerce Guild along with Millelith Jiayi.
Quest Steps:
- Start the quest by talking to Xu at Feiyun Slope (near the northern Teleport Waypoint at Liyue Harbor).
- Deliver the pictures to the customers:
- First customer: Granny Shan, located at Chihu Rock, Liyue Harbor. Her shop has a map indicator for easier navigation.
- Second customer: Tea Master Liu Su, located at Heyu Tea House, just above Xinyue Kiosk and near the Northland Bank.
- Report back to Xu after delivering both pictures.
Quest Background:
Xu from Liyue Harbor’s Feiyun Commerce Guild is currently in a pickle… Two customers came to have their pictures taken, but he forgot to write their names on the back of their pictures, and now has no way to deliver the pictures to the customers. So he has turned to you for help. According to him, you should be able to find the customers’ locations by studying the pictures taken by the Kamera.

Completion Dialogue:
After delivering the photos, head back to Feiyun Commerce Guild and talk to Xu. He will give you the Kamera upon finishing the quest! You have my thanks, truly. I’d like to have my picture taken too… Xu: That’s no problem, none at all. Just help me deliver the pictures first… Xu: There should be names on the back of these… Agh, I must’ve forgotten to write them down in my hurry. Xu: I’m sorry, but you’ll have to try and find them based on the pictures. They’re very clear, so you should be able to identify where you need to go at a glance.
Have you managed to deliver the pictures? Done deal. Xu: Thank you, thank you. I’m sorry for troubling you, but we’re barely keeping our heads above the water here… Xu: Ah, yes. Please take this Kamera as thanks for your help. I couldn’t… This must be very expensive… Xu: It’s no problem. I mean, you did help us, didn’t you? Xu: This is not an exceedingly expensive object, either. It’s just a sample that our partners in Fontaine gave us.
Key Locations for Delivering Pictures in Liyue
To complete the snapshot quest in Genshin Impact, follow these steps:
- Accept the Quest: Head to Liyue Harbor and talk to Xu. You can find Xu just south of the teleporter located at the northwest corner of Liyue Harbor. He will give you two Kamera Picture items to deliver.
- First Delivery – Tea Master Lu Su: The first delivery is for Tea Master Lu Su. Climb the stairs in front of the umbrella merchant at Liyue Harbor and follow the path to get to him. Tea Master Lu Su is located on the third level opposite side of the Northland Bank.
- Second Delivery – Granny Shan: After delivering to Lu Su, head to the far end of town, where a yellow circle will indicate a nearby delivery. The next recipient is Granny Shan, the toy seller. You can find her by following the path until you see a crossing with a lamp in the middle. Then, head to the left towards the right Teleport Waypoint of Liyue Harbor.
- Complete the Quest: After delivering the pictures to both Tea Master Lu Su and Granny Shan, return to Xu to hand in the mission and obtain your quest rewards.

Snapshots is a new World Quest available in Liyue Harbor with the version 1.2 patch. It rewards you with a gadget called the Kamera, which allows you to conveniently take your Genshin Impact screenshots without limitation!
To start, you’ll need to find Xu in Liyue Harbor. He’s located at Feiyun Slope near the northern Teleport Waypoint. Xu has a thing for photography but needs your help capturing some scenic views.
Once you accept the quest, he will give you two Kamera Picture items to deliver to NPCs. The Snapshots quest is one of the easiest ones in Genshin Impact. All you will need to do is travel throughout Liyue and deliver some photos to gain access to a fun and unique experience.
The Kamera can be acquired by completing the Snapshots World Quest. It can be found in the Gadget tab of your Inventory and can be equipped like the other Gadgets. Unlike the other ones, you don’t need to craft it and you can use it as much as you like!
