In Dawnstar, within the Mythic Dawn museum are a bunch of display cabinets showing relics from the oblivion crisis, one of which is a burned page of the Mysterium Xarxes. How do I escape the Mythic Dawn shrine?
Although you are now part of the Mythic Dawn, you cannot get out of the cave until you take the Mysterium Xarxes. Wait for one hour, which will allow the whole room to clear out except for Harrow, Ruma Camoran, and one additional guard (who stands behind the altar area).
