Noctis is actually a horribly weak character. I’ve been playing Noctis for around 150 ranked games so far, and he seems like one of the weakest characters I’ve ever touched. He only has 2 real low pokes, his db 2 and his d4 demo-man.

Noctis may be the easiest character in the game tbh. … Its as easy as spamming 22222 for a combo ender. He has some optimal stuff though if you want to play him correctly. He has the best whiff punish ingame, punishing paul’s demoman and deathfist with a simple d/f 2 launch.
