Start swimming toward the ship that is now on the surface. When you reach the back wall of the cavern, dive down, and you’ll see the eel’s head poking out of a small cave along the wall. Swim toward it and the eel will start to swim out, giving you a shot at the Power Star that is stuck to its tail!
