He has two methods of attack; he’ll shoot at you with a shotgun and throw letter bombs at you. Both are fairly easy to avoid. With the shotgun, he always fires in bursts of three before pausing or reloading. Just wait until he runs out of bullets and then charge in to hit him with a burst of melee attacks.
