Why is amber so bad Genshin Impact?

Amber is a bow-using pyro character that we’ve placed at the bottom of our Genshin Impact character tier list. She’s not a particularly strong choice in the game’s big cast of characters, primarily because of her lack of synergy and utility in tough battlesu2014and that’s assuming you’re playing the game properly.
