Why is my FPS capped at 60 Apex?
It has to do with the windows 10 refresh rate lock. While running obs or I assume any other recording/streaming software on a 2nd monitor windows 10 will try to lock the framerate to the refresh rate of the secondary monitor. In my case that was locking my fps in apex to 60 as my secondary monitor is a 60 hz monitor.
