Genshin Impact Statues: More Than Just Pretty Rocks

Statues in Genshin Impact are everywhere. They are great for climbing. But they’re more than a climbing practice. They help too. We’re exploring the world of Genshin statues. From the helpful Statues of the Seven to odd ones that confuse, we cover it all. Get ready, adventurer!

Upside Down Statues: When Teyvat Gets Topsy-Turvy

Time for some oddities. Upside-down statues defy gravity. They seem strange, yet they’re intriguing. Geographical oddities in the game raise questions. Gravity and common sense seem to take a break here.

Location of an Upside-Down City? Sounds Intriguing, But Nope.

Does Genshin have an upside-down city? Rumors spread but lack evidence. No city flipped upside down exists. Maybe one day we’ll play in a gravity-defying area. For now, it remains a fantasy. Teyvat surprises always, right?

The Upside-Down Venti Statue: A Myth or a Missed Opportunity?

A Venti statue turned upside down? That’s a sight! Picture the Anemo Archon in a handstand. Funny image, but no real evidence shows its existence. Could it be a fan’s idea? Or a misunderstanding? Still, imagine Barbatos doing yoga as a statue!

The Carian Inverted Statue in Elden Ring: A Glimpse into Other Worlds

No upside-down structures in Genshin yet. Let’s look at Elden Ring instead. It features an inverted structure called the Carian Inverted Statue. Different game, but it fascinates fans of this concept.

Obtaining the Carian Inverted Statue: Your Ticket to Topsy-Turvy Towers

Want to grab this gravity-defying statue? You must ally with the Snow Witch. She’s disguised as Ranni the Witch. Halfway through her questline, she offers the statue like it’s ordinary. “You might find this useful.” Understatement, Ranni.

Consequences of Removing the Statue: Flipping the Script (Literally)

What does the statue do? Using it at the Carian Study Hall turns the tower upside down. Ceilings become floors, opening new areas. It’s like flipping a giant switch. Remove it, and everything rights itself again. Imagine such gameplay mechanics in Genshin!

The Defiled Statue of The Seven: Corruption in Stone

Back to Genshin and things turn darker. Forget the funny statues; here’s one about corruption. The Defiled Statue of The Seven reminds us that sacred symbols can become tainted. It’s dedicated to Barbatos, found near Mt. Aocang.

The Defiled Statue stands with an Abyss Herald. Talk about bad company! This statue shows the ongoing struggle against the Abyss. Darkness can seep into holy sites.

Statues of the Seven: Your Friendly Neighborhood Power-Up Stations

Moving on to statues we love: the Statues of the Seven. They are not just decorations; they play a vital role. Think of them as friendly power-up stations and teleport hubs. They even heal your party. Who needs potions with divine help available?

Leveling Statues: Offering Oculi for Goodies

Leveling Statues of the Seven is essential. Why? They reward you! Expect Primogems, Adventure EXP, Sigils for shops, and stamina upgrades. Stamina is crucial in Teyvat—needed for gliding, sprinting, and climbing for less panting time.

Fontaine Statue Max Level: Reaching the Hydro Zenith

Can you max out the Fontaine statue? Yes! But it requires hard work. Complete all World Quests in Fontaine to maximize that Hydro Statue. Collecting Hydroculus is part of it, but so is immersing in Fontain’s story.

Sumeru Statue Max Level (Level 10, 270 Dendroculus): Dendro Domination

Sumeru’s Statue of the Seven representing Dendro can reach Level 10 too! You’ll need a total of 270 Dendroculus collected. It’s a big task but worth rewards in Sumeru’s lush landscapes. It feels like a scavenger hunt for divine benefits.

Hydroculus Required to Reach Level 10 (270 Total): Hydro Hoarding

Next, let’s discuss Hydroculus specifics. To fully upgrade the Fontaine Statue, gather 270 Hydroculus. Check out the progression:

Level Hydroculus Offering Subtotal Hydroculus Rewards
8 → 9 38 [230] 15 Primogems
9 → 10 40 [270] 15 Primogems
Total 270 90 Primogems (and more!)

Time to become a Hydroculus collector! Fontaine holds many hidden gems. Happy hunting!

Pyroculus Required to Reach Level 10: Fiery Finds

Add some heat with Pyroculus for those who love fire. Leveling Statues of the Seven in Mondstadt and Liyue required different Oculi. Data doesn’t tell us the level 10 requirements for Pyroculus fully. Here’s a peek at higher levels:

Level Pyroculus Offering Subtotal Pyroculus Rewards
7 → 8 35 [192] 320 Adventure EXP
8 → 9 0 [192] 360 Adventure EXP
9 → 10 0 [192] 400 Adventure EXP

Notice something odd? Levels 8, 9, and 10 don’t need more Pyroculus. This might indicate incomplete data or that stamina upgrades occur earlier.

Geoculus Required to Reach Level 10: Geo Gems

On to Geoculus related to the sturdy Geo element! These golden orbs are found in Liyue. Collecting them boosts stamina through leveling up the Geo Statues:

Level Geoculus Offering Subtotal Geoculus Rewards Other Rewards
7 → 8 20 [76] Stone of Remembrance ×1
8 → 9 24 [100] Stone of Remembrance ×1
9 → 10 30 [130] Stone of Remembrance ×1

Leveling up Geo Statues increases stamina and grants Stones of Remembrance. These stones allow crafting Geo Treasure Compasses for Liyue treasure hunting. It’s beneficial: more stamina and treasures!

Anemoculus Required to Reach Level 9: Anemo Ascension (Almost)

Finally, let’s cover Anemoculus from Mondstadt. Leveling Anemo Statues boosts stamina. Here’s a view at higher levels:

Level Anemoculus Offering Subtotal Anemoculus Rewards
8 → 9 12
[50] 360 Adventure EXP
9 → 10 15 [65] 400 Adventure EXP
Total 65 2,160 Adventure EXP (and more!)

Anemo Statues stop at Level 10. Yet, data goes only to level 9. To reach level 9, gather 12 Anemoculus. Level 10 needs 15 more. That is a total of 65 Anemoculus for almost complete mastery. So, keep collecting those orbs!

Cryo Statue of the Seven in Dragonspine: Chilling Revelation

Yes, Genshin Impact has a Cryo Statue of the Seven! It sits in the cold region Dragonspine. To unlock it, you must brave the cold. Complete a World Quest titled “The Frozen Heart.” This is your initiation for Cryo elemental power. Dragonspine requires effort to earn it.

Unlocking Hidden Statues: Secrets in Stone

Some statues hide from view. They wait for adventurers to find them. Sumeru, with jungles and ruins, conceals many Statues of the Seven. Unlocking these often takes quests or puzzles. Genshin rewards your exploration with these hidden statues. For guidance, check out YouTube videos like Streetwise Rhapsody.

Location of Statues: Mapping Teyvat, One Statue at a Time

Statues of the Seven appear all over Teyvat. They serve as landmarks and fast travel points. Their placements reflect the element of their regions. Anemo in Mondstadt, Geo in Liyue, Electro in Inazuma, Dendro in Sumeru, and Hydro in Fontaine. It’s a lesson in geography carved in stone.

Initial Statues Available at the Start of the Game: Mondstadt Welcomes You

Upon entering Teyvat, players can access two Statues of the Seven in Mondstadt. One stands in Starfell Valley (Starfell Lake), and another sits in Galesong Hill (Windrise). You unlock Starfell Valley’s statue through the “Bird’s Eye View” quest. This gift welcomes you to the game. Your initial map is limited, but these two statues help start your exploration.

Statue in Stormterror’s Lair: Lair Landmark

Stormterror’s Lair houses another Statue of the Seven. Yet, reaching it is not simple. To access it, you must activate an Anemo Monument. This monument has two Anemo Samachurls guarding it. Defeat them, activate the monument, and you will ascend to the statue’s high location. Meeting the Anemo Archon’s statue is a mini-puzzle in itself.

Why a Statue of the Seven Cannot Be Unlocked: Scarlet Quartz Solution

Have you found a Statue of the Seven impossible to interact with? In Dragonspine, extreme cold often causes this. However, a specific reason exists for the Dragonspine Statue of the Seven: you may need a Scarlet Quartz. These crystals emit warmth that can melt ice. Usually, a Scarlet Quartz waits close to the statue so you can access the divine power.

Number of Statues of the Seven: A Teyvat Tally

Teyvat currently boasts an impressive total of 40 Statues of the Seven as of Version 4.6. That is a vast presence across the land! With new regions on the horizon, that count will continue to grow. Catching them all will be quite a journey!

Archon Statue in Mondstadt (Barbatos): Venti’s Visage

The Anemo Archon Statue in Mondstadt City stands out in the plaza near Favonius Cathedral. It depicts Barbatos (Venti) in a hood and wings, hands together as if giving a blessing or holding an invisible drink. This statue symbolizes Mondstadt’s spirit of freedom and acts as a meeting point.

What the Venti Statue Says: Celestial Gateway?

The inscription on the Venti statue reads “Gateway to Celestia.” This is a fascinating detail. Some players noticed this statue marks the same latitude as Celestia, the mysterious island in the sky. Is this statue more than just a representation? Does it signify a connection to the divine realm? It’s worth pondering.

Statue of the Omnipresent God: Raiden Shogun’s Monument to Eternity

In Inazuma, there’s a different statue: the Statue of the Omnipresent God. This immense statue is key to Archon Quest Chapter II: Act III, named “Omnipresence Over Mortals.” Known as the Thousand-Armed, Hundred-Eyed God, it symbolizes eternity, created by the Raiden Shogun to reflect her ideals.

The statue’s names in Chinese and Japanese translate to “Thousand-Armed, Hundred-Eyed God,” highlighting its vast presence. It resembles the Statue of Liberty, which symbolizes liberty based on the Roman goddess Libertas. Both statues illustrate abstract concepts – eternity and liberty.

Symbolism and Identity: Eternity or Something More?

The identity of the Statue of the Omnipresent God invites discussion. Is it merely a symbol of eternity? Or does it convey a richer meaning? It mirrors Inazuma’s pursuit of ideals or the Shogun’s complex nature. Genshin’s statues often represent layers of significance, and this one is no different.

How to Unlock the Last Statue of the Seven in Sumeru: Melody and Particles

Unlocking Sumeru’s Statues of the Seven involves several steps. To get the last hidden statue, play a melody using a gadget from earlier quests, maybe like the “Vintage Lyre.” Collect particles too! Follow quest hints and use your Traveler’s elemental sight to find particles. Eventually, you will unlock that final statue! If needed, check YouTube guides like Streetwise Rhapsody for help.

Statues and Stamina: The Lifeline of Exploration

Statues of the Seven connect directly to stamina in Genshin Impact. Leveling them increases your maximum stamina, especially in Mondstadt and Liyue. More stamina means longer glides, sprints, climbs, and charged attacks. Stamina represents freedom, and Statues of the Seven unlock that freedom.

Statues of the Seven to Increase Stamina: Your Stamina Spa

Statues of the Seven serve essential roles. They act as teleport waypoints for fast travel across large distances. They also heal your party, providing free HP boosts. When leveled up with regional Oculi, they enhance your max stamina too. Think of them as your wellness retreats – visit often, offer Oculi, and feel rejuvenated for exploration!

Venti/Barbatos: The Anemo Archon Unmasked

Let’s focus on Venti, or Barbatos. This bard is more than just charming and loves wine. He is Anemo Archon, one of Teyvat’s original gods, and his tale intertwines deeply with Mondstadt’s history and freedom.

What is Written on the Venti Statue? (Again!): Celestial Hint

Venti’s Identity as Barbatos: Bard by Day, Archon by…Well, Also By Day

Venti, the “Windborne Bard,” is indeed Barbatos, the Anemo Archon. He originates from Mondstadt and is one of its revered Four Winds. Behind his carefree facade lies a grander purpose.

Venti is different from other gods. He values freedom. His godhood is hands-off. He wanders Mondstadt as a bard. He prefers real experiences over ruling above. This makes him very popular. Players find him relatable and down-to-earth. He is not an ordinary deity in Teyvat.

Venti’s Real Name: Barbatos, the Divine Designation

Venti’s true name is Barbatos. He is the Anemo Archon. Barbatos, the God of Freedom, guides Mondstadt. Venti takes the form of a humble bard when among mortals. He is like a superhero. But instead of fighting crime, he plays music and enjoys dandelion wine.

Before his godhood, Barbatos was a wind spirit. After Decarabian’s death, he became the first Anemo Archon. Barbatos reshaped Mondstadt into a free nation. This tale is one of rebellion and liberation. It shows the power of wind and the joy of a good song.

Venti’s Demon Name: Barbatos, Inspired by Ars Goetia

Things take a mystical turn here. Venti’s “demon name” is also Barbatos. This comes from the Ars Goetia, which details demonology. Barbatos, in this context, is linked to knowledge and revealing hidden treasures. Genshin’s Barbatos isn’t demonic, but this adds depth to his character.

Paimon’s Nickname for Venti (“Tone-Deaf Bard”): Paimon’s Zingers

Paimon, our emergency food guide, is not shy. She shares her opinions openly. She often mocks Venti. He gets her playful nicknames. Her favorite is “Tone-Deaf Bard.” It pokes fun at his bard persona. It also highlights Paimon’s sharp wit. Poor Venti faces Paimon’s jabs even as a god.

Venti’s Relationship with Dvalin: A Bond of Friendship

Venti and Dvalin share a strong bond. In Venti’s teaser, he searches for someone to confide in. Ultimately, he trusts Dvalin, his first friend. Their bond exceeds the connection of archon and dragon. It’s genuine friendship built on respect. Venti freed Dvalin from Durin’s corruption.

The Chessboard Piece Representing Venti: Queen of the Board

Surprise! Venti’s chess piece is not a pawn. He is represented by the Queen, the strongest chess piece. This suits him well as an Archon. The Queen symbolizes power and dominance. This detail shows Venti’s hidden strength and influence behind his relaxed nature.

Fontaine: Nation of Justice and Hydro Intrigue

Let’s explore Fontaine, the Nation of Justice. This Hydro-themed region emphasizes law, order, and theater.

Fontaine’s Archon (Focalors/Furina): Two Archons or None?

Fontaine’s Archon is mysterious and dynamic. Focalors, or Furina, is the Hydro Archon. She represents Justice. However, she is not one of the original Seven Archons. She took her role after the previous Hydro Archon’s passing.
